Age of Empires is a series of historical real-time strategy video games, originally developed by Ensemble Studios and published by Xbox Game Studios. The first game was Age of Empires, released in 1997. Nine total games within the series have been released so far as of October 28, 2021.

With the announcement of Age of Empires IV, and the HD remake of Age of Empires, I was tasked with designing a franchise site that players could go to see everything related to the entire Age of Empires franchise. This included announcements, news articles, leader boards, player progression, social media and content that could be downloaded and shared by the community (mods, game scenarios, etc).
